Growing up in the lush, mist-covered hills of Chikmagalur, I experienced a way of life many people spend years searching for — clean air, open spaces, and food grown close to home. That upbringing gave me a genuine appreciation for the connection between what we eat and how we feel.

That curiosity deepened when I stepped into the world of sports and performance nutrition. Seeing how strategic, well-planned nutrition could transform an athlete's energy, endurance, and recovery was truly eye-opening. It reinforced what I had always believed — food is far more than fuel. It is the foundation of how we perform, heal, and thrive.

To build a stronger scientific foundation, I pursued Postgraduate studies in Sports and Exercise Nutrition at Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Sligo — sharpening my understanding of evidence-based nutrition and translating complex science into real-world guidance.

Today I bring together the grounded wisdom of traditional, clean eating and the rigour of modern nutritional science. My mission: help people cut through the noise, make informed choices, and build sustainable habits that genuinely improve their lives.
